Three packages. We handle the whole thing.

Most local businesses don’t need a bigger agency.

What they need is for the marketing to actually happen. Every week. Without having to chase somebody.

That is what these packages do.

And the point is not the posts themselves. It is what they are for. Your name in front of your town, week after week. So when somebody is ready to hire, you are the one they already know. And the one they call.

All three packages run the same way. The work runs on systems, templates, and checklists built over 25 years, so nothing gets done the slow way twice. More gets done for you each month, and it gets done consistently. And the owner personally reviews and approves everything before it ships.

The difference between the packages is pace. Each one starts with the blog, because blog posts are what Google finds, what customers read before they call, and what your social posts are made from. More posts going out means more chances to be found, and more profit at the end of it, for less than the cost of doing it yourself in the evenings.

Pick the pace that fits your business.

Starter: Get Found

$450 a month, plus a $400 setup fee.

  • One blog post a month, about 1,200 to 1,500 words, answering a question customers ask before they hire
  • The social posts that go with it, about 8 posts a month across your channels
  • Google Business Profile management: posts, photos, and review replies, so the profile that decides who gets called stays current
  • A short monthly report in plain words: what went out, and what it brought in
  • One approval batch a month: a simple preview link, approve or flag, done

For businesses that need to show up, look current, and start getting found, without a big monthly bill.

Core

$750 a month, plus a $600 setup fee.

  • Two blog posts a month, one every two weeks, each about 1,200 to 1,500 words
  • The social posts that go with them, about 12 to 16 posts a month across your channels
  • Google Business Profile management: posts, photos, and review replies
  • A short monthly report in plain words: what went out, and what it brought in
  • An approval batch every two weeks: a simple preview link, approve or flag, done

The middle pace, and the one that fits most local service businesses. Steady content going out, all month, every month.

Growth

$1,150 a month, plus a $600 setup fee.

  • One blog post a week, four a month, each about 1,200 to 1,500 words
  • The social posts that go with them, about 20 posts a month, including 2 short videos
  • Google Business Profile management: posts, photos, and review replies
  • Local SEO extras: citation building and location pages, so you show up in every town you actually work in
  • A quarterly check on what to push next, based on what is bringing in calls
  • An approval batch every week

For businesses in busier markets, or with more than one town to cover, that want content working for them every single week.

The prices are the prices

Every package is one fixed monthly number. It never creeps.

Compare it with the usual way. Hourly billing, where every change is another line on the invoice. A junior employee’s hours. Or your own evenings, spent writing posts instead of quoting work.

A set price means you can plan around it, the way you plan around rent.

And the prices are right here on purpose. You shouldn’t have to book a sales call just to find out what marketing costs.

Step one: setup

Whichever package you pick, it starts with the same groundwork. Before the first post goes out, we set up what your marketing runs on:

  • A brand kit: how you sound, what you do, the areas you work in
  • A fact register: what we’re allowed to say about your business, and what’s off limits
  • Channel connections: your website, social accounts, and Google profile hooked up properly
  • A baseline audit: an honest look at where your site, profile, and reviews stand today, and what they’re costing you in missed calls

The fact register is the big one. It’s what keeps the writing accurate about your business, month after month. Accurate writing is what customers trust, and trust is what turns a reader into a caller.

The setup fee is listed with each package above: $400 on Starter, $600 on Core and Growth. One time, and it is out of the way before the monthly pace starts.

How approval works

Nothing goes out without a human yes. Here’s how it runs:

  1. We draft the content from your fact register
  2. Every draft gets checked for accuracy, readability, and platform fit
  3. You get a batch with a preview link, at a time that suits you
  4. You approve it, or tell us what you want changed
  5. Only then does anything publish

Review replies are drafted, never auto-sent. Ads are proposed, never placed without you. Those lines don’t move.

What is not included

Saying this up front saves everyone time:

  • Inbox and community management: we don’t reply to your messages and comments day to day
  • Same-day turnarounds: the work runs on a steady cycle, planned ahead
  • Standing meetings: the approval batch replaces them
  • Ad spend execution: we can draft ad copy for you, but a person approves and places any spend
  • Anything claim-heavy or regulated without your own sign-off first

Who this fits

Owner-operators of local service businesses in Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and the Fraser Valley. Trades and home services are the best fit.

It doesn’t fit national advertisers, funded startups, or brands that need a full creative department. We’ll tell you that on the first call if it applies.

A small roster, on purpose

We keep the client list short, roughly eight businesses at a time, across all three packages. That’s what lets one experienced owner approve every word personally.

When the roster fills, the price goes up. Our hours don’t.
