People read your reviews before they ever call you

Think about the last time you hired somebody. You probably read their reviews first.

Your customers do the same thing. A homeowner in South Surrey needs a plumber. Before she calls anybody, she’s read what strangers said about the last job they did.

Those reviews just sit there, working for you or against you, whether you look at them or not. This service looks after them.

What we do

Every new Google review gets a reply drafted in your voice.

Five stars and a kind word? The reply sounds like you on a good day. Short, warm, human.

A complaint? Different job. The reply stays calm. It sticks to facts. It doesn’t argue with somebody in public, because the whole neighbourhood is reading.

You see every reply in your regular approval batch before it posts. Nothing goes out under your name without your yes.

We also draft the follow-up messages that ask happy customers for a review. A person sends them, at the right moment, after a job that went well. Nobody gets blasted with automated requests.

And once a month, your report covers your reviews. How many came in. Where your rating sits. And what people keep praising, or keep complaining about, because that’s what the next customer reads.

What a good reply sounds like

Short. Human. Like the owner typed it, because the owner approved it.

Somebody leaves a kind review after a job. The reply doesn’t need a speech. It sounds like this:

“Thanks for the kind words. Glad we could get it sorted the same day. You know where we are if you need us again.”

(That’s an example of the tone we’d draft in, not a real review.)

A one-star review is different. It gets a calm answer. No excuses, no arguing, and an offer to talk it through offline. Future customers read that reply and judge the business by it. Sometimes the reply does more for you than the review did damage.

One thing we won’t do

We won’t buy reviews. We won’t write fake ones, swap them with other businesses, or pay anybody for five stars.

Google bans it. Canada’s competition law bans it. And profiles get suspended over it, which is a much bigger problem than a thin review count.

The real count builds slower. It also stays built.

How it runs

  1. We connect to your Google Business Profile and sort out your voice. How do you talk to customers? That’s how the replies should read.
  2. Reviews come in. Replies get drafted.
  3. You approve them in your batch. Takes minutes.
  4. After good jobs, a review request goes out, from a person.
  5. Your monthly report keeps you posted on the whole picture.

Here’s a thing worth knowing. A bad review with a good reply can actually help you.

Somebody reading sees a problem, sure. But they also see an owner who responded like an adult and offered to make it right. That reads as trustworthy. That’s why we take extra care drafting those ones, and why you always read them yourself first.

It comes with your Google profile

Reviews live on your Google Business Profile, so this service and Google Business Profile management run together.

One service keeps the profile current. Posts, photos, hours, all of it.

This one looks after what people say on it.

In the monthly pack they’re one job, not two bills.

Reviews carry weight in local search too. How many you have, and how fresh they are, helps decide which businesses Google shows nearby. That’s why they’re also part of our Local SEO work.

Who this is for

You do good work. Your customers say so, in person, all the time.

They just never say it on Google. And the three reviews sitting there from two years ago are running your whole reputation.

That’s most local service businesses in Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and the Fraser Valley, honestly. The work is good. Asking never happens, and answering never happens, because everyone’s busy.

Proof

Replies drafted, approved, never sent on their own. That’s part of the system we run every week for South Surrey Plumbing.

The case study shows the approval setup in real life, on a real business.

What it costs

It’s in the monthly core pack, bundled with Google Business Profile management.
