Google Business Profile Management
For most local businesses, your Google profile is your real homepage. It’s what shows up in Maps and in local searches before anyone reaches your website.
And it’s where the decision gets made. A customer compares three names, reads the reviews, and calls one.
Wrong hours. Old photos. Reviews sitting unanswered. That profile is quietly costing you calls. This service keeps it accurate, current, and answered, so more of those callers pick you.
What is included
- A full profile cleanup: categories, services, service areas, hours, and contact details checked and corrected
- Your address and phone number matched exactly to your website and directories, because small mismatches quietly cost you calls
- Regular profile posts about your services, seasons, and offers, written in your voice
- Photo additions on a steady rhythm, so your profile looks like a business that is open and working
- Questions and answers monitored, with responses drafted for your approval
- Every review answered: replies drafted for you, checked by the owner, approved by you, and never auto-sent
- A monthly report in plain words: how many people found your profile, how many called or asked for directions, and what we changed
How it works
Step 1: Audit and fix the basics. Most profiles have something wrong: a missing service, an old phone number, no service areas set. We fix the foundation first.
Step 2: Build your fact register. Your real services, areas, hours, and the claims we can make. Every post and reply is drafted from it.
Step 3: Monthly rhythm. Posts, photos, and review replies prepared each month, in one batch.
Step 4: Approval before anything moves. The owner reviews first, then you. A review reply carries your name. So it reads like you wrote it on a good day. A human made sure of it.
Reviews are the engine
Ask a room of owners how they choose a plumber. Most say the same thing: star rating first. Then whether the recent reviews sound real.
A steady trickle of new reviews beats a pile from 2022. So does answering every one. A reply tells the customer comparing your name with the next one that a person is paying attention here.
We build the ask into your routine. After a good job, you send a short follow-up we drafted for you.
When a review lands, the reply is drafted and checked. Then it goes to you for a one-tap approval. Good reviews and bad ones get the same calm treatment. The asking and answering routine behind those reviews is covered in full on our Review & Reputation Management page.
What a neglected profile looks like
You’ve seen these in your own searches. Holiday hours that never got set. A service list missing the work the business actually wants. Photos that don’t match the shop anymore. A one-star review from spring, answered by nobody.
None of that takes talent to fix. It takes someone whose job it is, every month. That is the product.
Do it yourself, or hand it over?
The basics of a Google profile are free, and an owner with spare hours can run one well. Claim it, fix the details, post now and then, answer reviews.
What actually happens is the busy season arrives and the profile stops. Reviews from March get answered in June, if ever. This service is for owners who would rather buy the consistency than find the hours.
Who this is for
Any business customers find on a map. Trades and home services across Surrey, White Rock, Langley, and the Fraser Valley are the strongest fit. Clinics, shops, and restaurants too.
If a customer has ever said “I found you on Google,” this page is about the thing they found.
Proof it runs
This service follows the same pattern as the monthly operation we run for South Surrey Plumbing: a blog post every week, social posts written for five channels, and every image checked by hand before it goes out. Profile posts and review replies are handled the same way here. Drafted ahead, reviewed by a person with 25 years in the business, approved by you. Nothing goes live under your name without approval first.
Your profile gets the same discipline, and the same monthly report to prove the work happened. The South Surrey Plumbing case study shows that same operation running end to end.
What it costs
Profile management is built into our monthly core pack, together with your blog, social posts, and reporting. It is not sold as a stack of add-ons.
See everything the pack covers on the packages page.
Questions owners ask us
Do you reply to negative reviews too?
Yes, and those replies matter most. Every reply is drafted calmly, checked by the owner, and approved by you. Nothing defensive, nothing canned, nothing sent in the heat of the moment.
Can you get bad reviews removed?
Only reviews that break Google’s policies can be flagged, and removal is Google’s call. Anyone who promises to delete honest reviews is not being straight with you. What we can do is answer well and help you earn more good ones.
How often does our profile get updated?
Posts, photos, and replies move in the monthly cycle, so the profile never sits untouched for a season. Time-sensitive changes, like holiday hours, are handled as they come up rather than waiting for the batch.
Do profile posts really matter?
They keep the profile current, and they give customers something fresh to act on. On their own they are a small thing. As part of a profile that is accurate, reviewed, and answered, they add up.
